Please be aware of the following points that have been raised by the league
1. No spectators / parents will enter the field of play unless invited to do so if their child is injured.
2. Serious action is being taken against coaches, players and spectators if they use foul or abusive language towards the referee or any individual on the field.
3. The Touchline manager will ask spectators to leave the field if the hear or see doing anything untoward Please adhere to the above and follow the respect campaign we are trying to promote.

Points from the meeting regarding officials.
1. League are seriously clamping down on discipline.
2. TLM and first aiders can only do their specific jobs and no other i.e photos or stats
3. Hi vis must be worn by everyone coaches-yellow, TLM- orange, first aiders- green
4. TLM’s must patrol the touchline where the supports are stood and cut out any foul or abusive language.
5. TLM managers say is final, they have the right ask a coach or spectator to leave the field if they hear or see anything untoward.
6. They are really clamping down on referee abuse and the referees societies are refusing to send referees to certain age groups and clubs. In these circumstances the coach is expected to referee.
7. Yorkshire Junior league are sending people out to observe matches but you will be unaware they are there.
8. Observers can ask to see all cards so all volunteers and coaches must have their badge (electronic copy)
9. Team managers will issue jobs out on game day
10. No spectators / parents must enter the field of play and can only do so if invited on if the player is injured.
